The Founders
Co-Founder & Lead Consultant
Emmanuel Maldonado
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Emmanuel brings deep cultural roots, firsthand local understanding, and years of experience in the service industry. After moving to Los Angeles in 2013, he built and operated multiple businesses — including a brick-and-mortar fitness facility in Calabasas, California, and a successful remote personal training and bodywork business.
His background in hospitality, customer service, wellness, operations, and client experience has given him a strong understanding of what makes businesses thrive — through relationships, consistency, and exceptional service.
Emmanuel's family still lives in Puerto Rico, and he and Monica travel back every few months — maintaining strong personal ties, staying connected to the local culture, and remaining actively engaged with the communities they serve.
Co-Founder & Brand Strategist
Monica Maldonado
A Los Angeles native, Monica brings over two decades of experience in business, fashion, branding, product development, and entrepreneurship. Coming from a family of restauranteurs — including a father who owned more than 25 restaurants — Monica developed a deep understanding of hospitality and customer experience from an early age.
She has personally owned multiple businesses, including a restaurant and her own clothing brand, while also building a successful career working with major retailers and global brands in the fashion and consumer goods industries.
Throughout her career, Monica has specialized in brand positioning, sourcing, operations, strategic growth, and creating products and experiences that connect with people on a meaningful level.
